All officers of NJFDMA are elected for a one-year term and may be re-elected,
except that the President shall not serve more than two (2) consecutive terms.
Officers are as follows:
President – elected by and from the membership of the Board of Directors,
Vice President – elected from the membership of the Board of Directors,
Secretary – may, but need not, be a producer member of the Association,
Treasurer – shall be elected from the membership of the Board of Directors.

Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors are chosen from producer members. Each County Board of
Agriculture is encouraged to elect one producer member as a director and one as
an alternate. The Directors are installed for a term of one year at the annual
Association meeting.
